Ferran Ramón Cortés. La isla de los cinco faros: cómo mejorar nuestra comunicación y hacerla más memorable.
It seems simple, however, in practice it is a challenge to achieve it. In a public speaking course we rehearsed again and again presenting from simple subjects such as the use of tomato-how to cook it, how to sell it, present it or cultivate it-to our most intricate personal experiences, as it can be a dream. It is true, there are other elements to consider, such as mastering the subject, the language used, one that allows people, in a simple way, to follow the story, the use of the body in space, the movements of the hands, the gestures, the nervous tics. During the course we read a book by Ferran Ramón Cortés, who points out the elements to achieve a memorable communication: [1] Have a unique and great message. [2] Through stories make it memorable. [3] Use a language that connects with people. [4] Be aware of what people get and invite them more than trying to convince them. [5] And, the ability to get excited. Ferran's book seems memorable to me.
